Returns, replacements & refunds

Hair removal tools are personal-care products, so for hygiene reasons we can't accept returns of used items. We will always make it right if something is wrong with your order.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order ID and an unboxing photo or video. We will send a free replacement, or a full refund if a replacement isn't possible.

Cancellations

You can cancel any order before it is dispatched by contacting us. Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded in full.

Refund timelines

Approved refunds for online payments go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. For COD orders, we refund to your UPI ID or bank account.
