MCR (micro cellular rubber) and MCP (micro cellular polyurethane) are light, resilient cushioning materials. In Softysoles footwear they form the footbed and line the straps, so pressure is spread across the sole and the straps stay gentle on the skin.

Shore A is the scale used to measure how hard a rubber or foam feels: the lower the number, the softer the material. Softysoles chooses softer, lower Shore A materials for the parts that touch your foot.
