A good fit matters more than usual for sensitive or diabetic feet. Measure in the evening, when feet are at their largest.

Stand on paper
Put a sheet of paper on the floor against a wall. Stand on it with your heel touching the wall.

Mark the longest toe
Ask someone to mark the tip of your longest toe. Do both feet.

Measure in cm
Measure from the wall edge to the mark. Use the longer foot.

Between two sizes, or swelling during the day? Choose the larger size: the adjustable straps take up the extra room. If the size isn't right, exchange it within 7 days of delivery (unworn, in the original box).
