Size exchange & returns

Wrong size? Contact us within 7 days of delivery. If the pair is unworn outdoors and in its original box, we will send you another size. You only need to send the original pair back.

Damaged or defective? Tell us within 7 days with a photo or unboxing video and we will replace it free.

Customised pairs (with a scoop, rocker, wedge, height correction or other change made for you) are made to order, so they can't be exchanged for size. Please check your measurement carefully, or note your foot length in cm when ordering and we will help you choose.

Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders go back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
